Your design sessions are reserved especially for you. We recognize the time of our clients and artist is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card ready when booking an appointment.
A deposit is required at time of booking for all services, and only refundable within 24-hours of making an appointment. Deposits received will be applied to the service with the balance due at time of procedure.
PERMANENT MAKEUP/ PARAMEDICAL/MEDICAL TATTOOING:
A $50* nonrefundable deposit/service is required for advanced skin care treatments and will be required to hold your booking in our system. This deposit will be applied to your service.
- Only 1 rescheduled appointment per service will be allowed for advanced skincare treatments.
- Should you exceed the number of allowable rescheduled appointments of (1), your deposit will be deemed non refundable & non transferable.
- All requests for appointments after the allowable rescheduled appointments (1) will require a $50 nonrefundable deposit/per service.
- Paid in Full Clients: If you fail to rebook your second session within 4-8 weeks, but equal to or less than 3 months, then an additional charge of $75 will be required. After 6 months, you will be charged according to the refresh pricing for existing clients (starts at $175 and greater.)
*EXCEPTION: Services below $100- A credit card will be required to secure your appointment only and 1 rescheduled appointment will be included with your booking. Should you fail to notify us within 24 hours, a $25 administrative fee will be applied to the credit card on file. Thereafter, continued no shows will be managed according to our No Show Policy (see below.)
If you decide to cancel your appointment and notify within 24 hours, we will refund you the full deposit/payment. Paid in Full Clients: Should you exceed the 24 hour notification period, and wish to cancel, we will execute a partial payment in excess of your deposit(s) for service(s) booked with us.
NO SHOW POLICY:
Any client that does NOT show for a scheduled appointment, will forfeit their deposit. After the first “no show”, clients will begin to incur up to $50 in administrative fees for a total of two no shows. Afterwards, it will be up to management’s discretion to honor future rebooking requests. NO EXCEPTIONS
NUMBER OF SESSIONS REQUIRED
While the Artist strives for optimal results of all services, we cannot guarantee that every client will achieve their desired result within a total 2 sessions. Factors affecting each individualized skin tone, skin type, medical conditions, and lifestyle can impair healing results requiring additional sessions. When additional sessions are necessary, a follow up charge will be applied for these procedures.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. No children or observers will be allowed in the procedure room. It is up to the discretion of the Artist to take clients who are more than 15 minutes late of their scheduled appointment or to reschedule to the next available date.
We accept all major credit cards- Mastercard, Discover, Visa and American Express – A 3% processing fee will be added to all credit card payments.

Unless otherwise stated, all deposits for services are non- refundable. Deposits will be applied to your service(s) and refunds will be issued as per policy.
We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and quality customer care. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with the results of your service, please let us know before leaving the salon.
NOTE: Previous Permanent Makeup Clients
If you have previous permanent makeup and would like to discuss services with our artist, you will be required to text a picture first to 516/939-4752. After an assessment and approval has been reached, then we will proceed with booking your appointment.
